Chief (Mrs.) Victoria O. R. Diete-Spiff is an icon of educational development in Nigeria. Driven by a passionate commitment to child development and academic rigor, she founded Bereton Montessori School in Port Harcourt in 1978. What started as an innovative early years learning center has grown under her vision into Bere-Mont Group — one of West Africa's most respected educational conglomerates.

Chief Diete-Spiff's philosophy centers on the holistic development of every learner — intellectual excellence, moral integrity, aesthetic appreciation, and leadership capacity. Her governance over 48+ years as Managing Director has produced thousands of successful alumni who excel globally across medicine, engineering, law, governance, and technology.
