Princess (Mrs) Elfrida Diete-Spiff Omole is a second-generation leader, institutional steward, and emerging voice on legacy, succession, and institutional sustainability in Africa. As Executive Director of the Bere-Mont Group, she provides strategic governance across a multi-entity portfolio that has served communities for decades.
She helps leaders build institutions that endure beyond their founders by strengthening governance systems, preparing capable successors, and preserving the core values that sustain academic and corporate excellence across generations.
Her professional journey began in banking at United Bank for Africa Plc (1998–2000), where she built a strong foundation in fiscal discipline, risk management, and large corporate structures. Driven by a passion for innovation and human capacity development, she pursued postgraduate studies before joining Bere-Mont Group in 2002 as a member of the executive management team.
As the daughter of Commander Alfred Diete-Spiff, the first Military Governor of Rivers State, and Chief (Mrs.) Victoria Diete-Spiff, founder of Bereton Montessori School, Princess Elfrida understands the profound responsibility that comes with carrying a legacy. In 2006, she co-founded Charles Dale Memorial Int'l School, a world-class boarding secondary institution in Port Harcourt dedicated to nurturing confident global citizens.
